UAV Multispectral Data: A Reliable Approach for Managing Phosphate-Solubilizing Bacteria in Common Bean
نویسندگان
چکیده
Remote sensing can offer stakeholders opportunities to make precise and accurate decisions on agricultural activities. For instance, farmers exploit aircraft systems acquire survey-level, high-resolution imagery data for crop soil management. Therefore, the objective of this study was analyze whether an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) allows assessment monitoring biofertilization common bean upon vegetation indices (VIs). The biological treatment legume included its inoculation with phosphate-solubilizing bacteria (PSB), namely Bacillus subtilis B. megaterium. Indicators photosynthetic performance, such as chlorophylls (a b) carotenoids, were measured from actively growing leaves determine effectiveness. In addition, images acquired in field, both spatially temporally, establish functional relationships between biometric computational features. Microorganisms manifested growth-promoting agents they significantly increased quantities light-harvesting pigments. VIs allowed predicting their impact making them on-site markers PSB. research provide insights into remote, non-destructive mapping spectral changes application Imagery UAV would enable producers generate information intervene field at right time place improved utilization biofertilizers.

Phosphorus is the second important key element after nitrogen as a mineral nutrient in terms of quantitative plant requirement. Although abundant in soils, in both organic and inorganic forms, its availability is restricted as it occurs mostly in insoluble forms. The P content in average soil is about 0.05% (w/w) but only 0.1% of the total P is available to plant because of poor solubility and ...

Heavy metal pollution of soils is of great concern. The presence of the toxic metal species above critical concentration not only harmfully affects human health but also the environment. Among existing strategies to remediate metal contaminates in soils, phytoremediation approach using metal accumulating plants is much convincing in terms of metal removal efficiency, but it has many limitations...
متن کاملA Common Weight Data Envelopment Analysis Approach for Material Selection
Material selection is one of the major problems in manufacturing environments since the improper selected material may lead to fail in the production processes and result in customer dissatisfaction and cost inefficiency. Every material has different properties which should be considered as major criteria during the material selection procedure. Selection criteria could be quantitative or quali...
متن کاملBuffering Reduces Phosphate Solubilizing Ability of Selected Strains of Bacteria
Phosphate solubilizing bacteria (PSB) possessing the ability to solubilize insoluble inorganic phosphates were isolated from rhizosphere soil. Eighty-one potential PSBs thus obtained were quantitatively screened for phosphate solubilization. Of these, four bacteria found to be efficient phosphate solubilizers, were selected for further evaluation, and found that they solubilize tricalcium phosp...
